These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromoEarn. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PromoEarn.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PromoEarn. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. PromoEarn is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access.
Users are required to remain active on the platform. If your account is inactive for a period of 5 consecutive days, your account may be temporarily suspended. To regain access, you will be required to reactivate your account with a $1 activation fee. To avoid suspension, users are encouraged to log in and complete tasks daily.
Earnings are subject to verification and approval. PromoEarn reserves the right to delay or deny payment if fraudulent or misleading activity is detected. Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.
Users may not engage in fraud, spam, fake engagement, or any activity that violates brand guidelines or applicable laws. Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.
PromoEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Terminated accounts may forfeit unpaid earnings.
PromoEarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PromoEarn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
